Who We Are

About Origin

Origin is built for the ones creating from the ground up.

Artists  •  Musicians  •  Models  •  Filmmakers  •  Photographers  •  Designers  •  Creators  •  Visionaries

And the people making things happen behind the scenes. Origin was created from a simple belief: every creative has a story, and every story deserves a space to begin while obtaining the support to succeed.

We're here to highlight the journey, not just the finished product. The late nights, the first releases, the independent projects, the risks, the growth, and the people who believe in themselves before anyone else does.

From Music and Fashion to Visual Art, Film, Modeling, and everything in between, Origin brings different creative worlds into one unified community.

Connecting people, creating opportunities, spotlighting emerging talent, and building experiences that put creatives at the CENTER.

Meet Our Team

ABOUT ORIGIN

Built by creatives, for the people behind the culture.

Origin Creatives was founded by three women whose lived experiences reflect the communities we exist to serve. Including Black and Latino creatives, single mothers, LGBTQIA+ individuals, AAPI communities, Indigenous communities, children and grandchildren of immigrants, and creators with disabilities and differences.

We know what it means to have the talent, vision, and drive but not always have equal access to the resources, relationships, funding, tools, visibility, and opportunities that can turn creative work into a sustainable career.

Origin exists to help change that.

We are building the bridges many creatives have needed throughout their careers: pathways to financial support, professional resources, mentorship, education, equipment and tools, industry relationships, meaningful opportunities, and greater earning potential.

Through grants, programs, exhibitions, resources, partnerships, advocacy, and community, we're working to close the gaps that continue to impact creatives across industries.

Because behind every song, film, photograph, design, performance, brand, and cultural movement is a person whose craft, labor, vision, and contribution deserve to be valued and sustained.

We champion the creatives behind the culture.
